This production line includes the classic cues, boxes and tartlets in tin boxes made by hand pulling a very thin sheet of nougat. They are composed of a mixture of Italian honeys to give colour, aroma and flavour very characteristic and of peeled and calibrated Apulian or Sicilian almonds, roasted directly in the laboratory and added to the mixture while still hot. The delicate cooking of more than 8 hours in a bain-marie, to keep intact the properties of the ingredients used and the hand laying of the product in a bed of wafer make each package unique and inimitable.

For the realization of these limited editions, the best and rarest Italian single-flower honeys have been selected to further characterize the nougat in perfume and taste, combined with precious ingredients, from Sichuan pepper to damask rose, from Sulla Abruzzese honey to Lara walnut and saffron. The special limited editions are distinguished by a golden wrapping on which is affixed a progressive production number.

Produced with an innovative ultrasonic technology a new line of very thin nougat, 6 mm thick. This is a new way of consuming almond nougat, suitable both for individual tasting and for use in the catering industry as a garnish for sweet and savoury dishes or in combination with cheese or ice cream. It contains more than 40% dried fruit and is clearly visible in the cutting section. It is packaged in an original and practical envelope-shaped package.

A line of very fine chocolate that starts with cocoa beans, in the form of pralines, truffles, and to cover nougat flakes, nougat nougat and thin slices of friable nougat. The chocolate is composed only of butter and cocoa mass, without the addition of other fats, other colorants, other thickeners or other chemical additives, for a final result able to preserve intact the organoleptic qualities of the raw materials.

Made with natural ingredients selected with great care: a blend of virgin wholemeal honeys, caster sugar, Italian almonds of medium-large size. The dough for the soft nougat (sticks and nougat nougat) is made in an artisan way: the mixture extracted from the ancient copper pots, where it bakes in a bain-marie for at least five hours, is spatulated by hand on a bed of gluten-free wafers.
