Nougat in Limited Edition with coriander honey and Sicilian pistachio
The coriander, plant of the Umbrelliferae family, has
an inflorescence of many small white flowers.
The honey, which comes from the lowlands of Tuscany, has an
colour tending to pale gold, medium sweet taste
and slightly spicy and sour aftertaste.
To the coriander honey are added in this limited
the Bronte pistachios of the Catania plain. The fruits of
pistachio are slightly compressed bunches of
the size of an olive, the colour of which is red in the early stages
and when ripe it varies from reddish-green to pinkish-white.
The pistachio has a light green aromatic seed.
which it keeps until it ripens: the producers define it as
“ruby red outside, emerald green inside.”
Remarkable is the contrast in the product between the acidity of the honey and the
the fat part of the semen.
The special limited edition is distinguished by a golden wrapping on which a progressive production number is affixed.
