Artisan truffles assorted with almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios
Scaldaferro soft chocolate truffles are prepared with four different types of dried fruit from the best Italian cultivars: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
The dried fruit is peeled, hot roasted and mixed with the white or dark chocolate mixture that enhances the intense aroma and the particular taste.
The mixture is mixed slowly in an artisanal way; then it rests in cold storage for a whole night so as to harmoniously combine all the aromas, scents and fragrances of the different raw materials.
Scaldaferro truffles are accompanied by a good coffee and flavoured and fortified wines.
