This new Scaldaferro tablet is characterized by its natural ingredients and entirely artisanal manufacturing. Contains more than 30% of honey for a product with a unique color, scent and flavor; Italian almonds, hot roasted in the laboratory; vanilla pod, mixed with the dough at the end of processing; a couverture chocolate with 35% cocoa, rich in milk and melt in the mouth; lightness and energy, given by puffed rice and dried fruit, ideal for athletes and for those who want an energetic snack. An innovative ultrasonic cutting technology has made it possible to create this line of products: the nougat is spatulated by hand in wooden crates to maintain all the friability.
