This limited edition is produced with the very rare Damask rose honey from the Rose Valley in Bulgaria: it takes thousands of flowers to extract the nectar that composes it.
Rosa Damascena is a shrub that grows up to a height of three meters: the flower has a very intense fragrance, pale pink or red in color and its rounded shape resembles a cup. The smell of honey has citrus undertones and marine scents.
Rose honey is added, in the limited edition, to a peeled Apulian almond with a clear flavor that leaves a full and balanced palate with hints of wheat, butter and white flowers.
The special limited editions are distinguished by a golden wrapping on which a progressive production number is affixed.
