In 2021 a playful-cultural space will be opened that will retrace the stages of the history of Venetian pastry making from 1700 to today.
We believe that through the history of food we can make an in-depth historical and cultural analysis of our society and also draw for the present elements of aggregation.
The museum space will be enriched with a heritage of machines, objects and documents recovered from private individuals and universities, in an elegant space of industrial archaeology where it will also be possible to taste the products illustrated in the rooms.
